Averlyno offers Free Shipping on all orders in the United Kingdom

Shipping Process
The order Cut-Off Time is 12:00 GMT. When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email with the full summary of your purchase. We then begin processing, which usually takes 1–2 days (Monday to Friday). Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive another email containing tracking information. Package transit time typically takes 4–6 days (Monday to Friday) after dispatch, resulting in a total delivery timeframe of around 5-8 business days.

Potential Delays
If the total delivery time has passed and your order still hasn't arrived, allow up to 2 extra days (Monday to Friday) and don't forget to use your tracking code. If your package still hasn't arrived, please contact us, quoting your order number.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at support@averlyno.com before the parcel has been dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible. In that case, you will need to wait for delivery and then follow our return instructions (if applicable). Check our Return and Refund Policy for more information.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please get in touch with us promptly at support@averlyno.com, including clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will arrange a suitable replacement or send the correct item at no additional cost.
