You can return items within 30 days from the delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@averlyno.com. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging with all original tags attached. Returns requested after the 30-day period will not be accepted.

- 3 Prepare your items: Before sending your items back, please make sure they are unused and returned in their original packaging with all original tags attached.
- 4 Pack securely: Place the items in suitable packaging to prevent damage in transit.
- 5 Ship the parcel: Use a reliable courier service with tracking. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- 6 Confirmation: Once we have received and inspected your return, we will confirm its status and proceed with the next step (refund or exchange, depending on your request).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 7 days after receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at support@averlyno.com before the parcel has been dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

Exchanges
